BLOGGERS TERMS :

1. Approval: Only blogs that have PR1+ will be approved to our network. We approve the blogs only if they have 100% unique content and valid PR. And we require minimum 15 posts and the blog must me 90 days old to be approved in to our network. All other blogs that has copied content, fake pr and new blogs will be rejected. If you submit the same blog in two or more accounts, both the accounts will be terminated. And you will get the reply from us within 48 hours for the status of approval after submission. No adult blogs are welcome to our network. Only legal blogs are approved. We also reject blogs, that use curse words, other language blogs, etc. Only ENGLISH BLOGS are approved at present!!!
2. Memberships: And we have the right to reject the blog at any time in its sole discretion. Also we reject a blog if the rating and comments of the advertisers are poor. You should satisfy the advertiser by providing the required content and links. And the applicant should be minimum 16 years old to get approved into our network. And an applicant is not allowed to hold more than one account. If you hold more than one account with us, we have the right to terminate both the accounts at any time with notice.
3. Posting Reviews: You should write the review according to the requirements of the advertiser as mentioned in the mail which is sent to you. And you must deliver proper URLs of the post as required. All reviews will be written 100% unique and provided by us. You just need to copy paste it on your blog WITHIN the maximum of 72 hours. If time exceeds, we cancel it. We will go and verify each and every post and approve or reject it. We have right to ask for any changes in the review after posting that. We only approve the posts if it meets the advertiser’s criteria. And you must agree that, the post will be in your blog permanently. We have the right to terminate or fine you, if you remove the post from your blog. And you need to provide only honest opinions about the product. No Positive or negative reviews are welcomed.

   For example, Instead of telling Google is best, you can tell that Google is used to search!!!

4. Payment Processing: You will receive payment immediately after your post is checked and approved by our team. Within 48 hours of your post submission, we will reply to your mail whether it is proper or not and if it is proper and good, we will process payment immediately and confirm the Pay pal transaction number. We will give you payments after checking the post URLs. Also we have right to with hold the payment if the post is taken form blog and we may not give any posts in future. Payment processing is only done through pay pal account!!!
5. General Terms: We are not responsible for any problem to you from the end-user of your blog or anyone. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT CONTACT THE ADVERTISER AT ANY REGARD.IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS YOU CAN CONTACT US BY SENDING AN EMAIL ONLY TO US. You have the right to terminate your Blog Adv account by sending a request to support!!! We have the right to use your blog and name in blog list and marketing lists. We also have the right to put your profile image anywhere inside the site.

ADVERTISER TERMS :

1. Payments:All the payments are to be made to the paypal payments@blogadv.net.
   Currently, we accept only PayPal as the payment method. And soon, we will accept more methods of payment. Once Blog Adv receives the funds from you, we will float the ordered number of reviews among our blogger s opportunities and you can get the status in IM provided in mail or live support or by mail.
2. Review: We review all kind of products that are genuine and legal. You should provide the required links and kind of description while ordering the review. You also need to provide the description about that product in the description while ordering a campaign.
3. Approvals: All approvals are made by Blog Adv. And if you need any modifications for the posts, you can proceed with them with a charge of $5 extra. Also you can see all approved URL details by dropping us a mail or by IM or by live support.
4. Claim for Refund: When the blogger removes the post in a particular blog after it is posted and paid, you can request for a refund through Claim this post in the info the review by dropping us a mail. We will make a refund, if the post is not re done within 4 days. We charge $2 for processing the refund. And for that, one more review will be given to you. Refunding can be made only within 1 month of the done post. Also if the site is down, it’s considered as an exception.
5. Liability: Blog Adv is not responsible for any accuracy of the content provided in the blogs. And we do not guarantee 100% expected results on the use of our services.
6. Privacy: Blog Adv gives you guarantee over your privacy on your personal info. But there is no guarantee of your links that are transmitted from the blogs to networks.
